Treasure
Bethany House is a non-profit organization that relies completely
on support from individuals, businesses, churches, civic organizations,
annual fundraisers, and grants from private foundations. Community
assistance is essential because we do not, nor do we intend to,
receive federal, state, or local government funds.

There are several ways to give:
Our monthly partners are
at the core of our program, faithfully providing a foundation
of support every month. Monthly Partners receive special updates,
an occasional “surprise,” and
a special tool kit filled with tips for better helping and relating
to hurting people. Bethany House is looking for partnership commitments
in one, three, and five year increments. Again, imagine what
would happen if several hundred partners gave monthly.
Occasional contributors give on a semi-regular
basis, and often give varying amounts of their treasure. They,
too, have a heart for the ministry but choose to give at non-specific
times that work best for them. Quite often, an occasional contributor
will become a Monthly Partner as they learn more about our program,
and as they see the amazing results produced in the lives of
our residents.
Event supporters or One-time-givers, give in
response to a specific request or event, possibly after learning
about us on our annual radio-thon, or, at our yearly banquet
and silent auction. Oftentimes, event supporters turn into occasional
contributors or even monthly partners after discovering the impact
of Bethany House.
Our goal is to build relationships … partnerships.
When people who value the same things and share common goals
come together, they not only help others, but also can have great
fun. We have seen firsthand that our financial supporters, who
generously give of their treasure, are blessed for their generosity
in more ways than one. You simply cannot give without receiving
something good in return, even if it’s a positive feeling
knowing you have helped change the lives of a mother and her
child.
